The Food - la Table d’Hôtes
In the evening you can expect (after advance reservation)
a dinner at the guest table.
The common supper in good company is adorned by pretty
table linen and noble dinnerware.
Regional, modern cuisine and specialities of the house
We prepare food mostly with the yield from our own garden
and the produce of the region and the season.
Some of our specialities :
- Baeckeofa

Choucroutes (traditional or with fish),
- Fleischschnacka, gratins, tureens, pies…
- Nettle or bear’s garlic soups in spring,
from fresh garden vegetables in summer,
pumpkin soups in autumn and winter.
For your desserts :
- Cakes : rhubarb meringue, apple, apple crumble, plum cinnamon, currant, blue berry from 'Grand Ballon'
- Crèmes brûlées, fruit gratins
- Mousses glacées made of wild raspberries,
blackberries, rhubarb ...
- Baerawecka, croquala, bredala ...
(For Christmas and the whole winter)…
And the liberal gourmet breakfast!
Kugelhopf, brioches, manalas or croissants by Sylvie and jams by Robert… a good start to begin a great day!
